Master Plan
The Falls at Imperial Oaks is a 1,516 acre master-planned community, directly east of the 4,000 home community of Imperial Oaks. In 2011, The Falls was named “Houston’s Best Community” by the Greater Houston Builder’s Association. Lots and homes are available in four sections – 50’, 60’, and 75’ wide x 120’ – 125’+ deep, and a gated section which is 92’ x 110’. Wooded Home sites are available. 2008 GHBA Developer of the year, Holcomb Properties, is the developer of both Imperial Oaks and The Falls at Imperial Oaks.
The master plan centers on the “Lake Club” Complex, voted in 2010 “Houston’s Best Recreation Center”, which includes a luxurious clubhouse, fitness center, pools, and more. Next to the Lake Club is a new Conroe ISD Elementary School. A stunning entry into the neighborhood features a waterfall, lakes, and vibrant landscaping and is accented by lakes throughout the community and entries into each section.
The Falls is centrally located, with easy access to The Woodlands Mall (just 6 minutes away), I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road, and a Kroger Shopping Center at Imperial Oaks Blvd and Rayford Road.
