"The Key To Your Front Door Is Waiting For You!"
I have been an agent since February 2011 and have knowledge and experience specializing in working with INVESTORS (pss...that's YOU!) to buy, sell, or lease property. I generally work in the Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, Crosby, Huffman and far NE Houston areas. I have assisted buyers and sellers as far out as Baytown, Conroe, and Rosenburg. I dignify myself on honesty, family values, my children, and team work. You can often find me volunteering at local schools and in my community. My purpose in real estate is to represent my clients with integrity, honesty, and guide them with the best advice and expertise in the sell or purchase of an investment property with essential communication and customer service.

Good question! I think our system needs a little tweaking to improve communication such as this situation. In the meantime, I enter something like this in Agent Remarks: UPDATE 5/27: App approved, Pending Signatures/Deposit. 5/23: App received, pending LL review.---In my opinion, until all parties sign and deposit is received, it's still available. I have had situations when LL approves, the lease agreement is sent to tenant/applicant to be signed and the tenant changes their mind.
One of the biggest challenges to achieving home ownership in Texas is the rapidly increasing home prices. In many cities across Texas, housing prices have skyrocketed in recent years, making it more difficult for first-time homebuyers to save enough for a down payment or to afford monthly mortgage payments. Another challenge is the fierce competition in the Texas housing market. Many people are moving to Texas due to its growing economy and job market, which has created a surge in demand for housing. This has led to bidding wars and multiple offers on properties, making it harder for first-time homebuyers to secure a home. Finally, Texas is facing a shortage of affordable housing, especially in urban areas. This shortage is driving up prices and making it more difficult for low- to moderate-income families to afford a home. This issue is compounded by the fact that many developers are focused on building luxury properties rather than affordable housing, further limiting the options for homebuyers on a budget.
