Susan Arnoldy Paisley is a fifth-generation Texan and second-generation Houstonian with a passion for people and service. She uses her extensive knowledge of the city to help clients of all ages find homes uniquely suited to their needs. A longtime River Oaks resident, Susan expertly navigates residential real estate in her own neighborhood as well as Memorial, West University, Southampton, the Heights, Garden Oaks and The Woodlands, and specializes in new-construction homes inside the Loop.
Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2002, Susan honed her business acumen as an entrepreneur and founder of Priority Fitness. Today, she uses that energy to help clients find their dream homes, using her skills as a master negotiator, people person and marketing specialist to close deals. These skills also helped her earn the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Million Dollar Guild designations. Her clients appreciate her tenacity and willingness to put in 150 percent for them, whether they're young families buying for the first time, empty nesters settling into retirement, or somewhere in between. For Susan, "Every client is valued and deserves the same level of dedicated service."
Outside of work, Susan's varied personal interests keep her busy. A former triathlete, she enjoys hiking, biking, and anything outdoors. She also enjoys dining at the city's great restaurants and attending special events around Houston. She is a great source for Houston's foodie scene, health and fitness happenings, museum openings and new experiences the city has to offer, including those related to fine arts, which she studied at The University of Texas at Austin. Most of all, Susan enjoys spending family time and traveling with her husband, Doug Paisley, her five adult children and grandchildren. Like the city of Houston she loves, Susan's always on the move. Find her on Facebook and Instagram at susanarnoldypaisleyrealtor.
As co-founder of the American Heart Association Guild, Susan believes in giving back to her community. She has additionally spent time volunteering for the Houston Grand Opera and the Houston Ballet. Counted in her numerous successes is being the founder of the first YPO Houston Chapter on the Women's Forum.
As a tri-athlete, Susan was the head of the River Oaks Tennis Tournament. Her duties ranged from advertising sales to program design and layout. Susan continue to use her skills in organization and problem solving.
When Susan has time away, she enjoys international travel and anything outdoors. Spending time hiking and biking are two of her personal joys.
