They already had an offer on the house and Stephony gave suggestions on how we could sweeten our offer. When we found that the roof was near needing replacement, and that the client did not have the money to replace it, she negotiated a price reduction.

Even though Stephanie Garrett was representing the seller, she did a steller job helping me buy a property from her client. She acted in a timely fashion and kept me informed of all actions taken prior to the closing. The purchase went very smoothly. I would do business again with Stephanie. It may happen as I will be selling a home I own in Kingwood sometime in the next year.
