Writing an online Realtor® Bio has always been uncomfortable for me. I'm supposed to write something about myself when in reality it is all about the client in my business. With that in mind, I can tell you that I believe that my business experience (successes and failures) before becoming a real estate agent and then a broker, put me in a unique position that allows me to provide a better service for my clients.
Today's real estate market changes rapidly and in order to provide the best for today's clients requires having your hands in the mix on a daily basis. No matter if the market is leaning towards the seller or the buyer, if an agent isn't seeing contracts hit their desk on a regular basis then they will be behind the curve and not be able to provide the type of service needed by today's buyer or seller.
As a busy and experienced listing agent with a background in sales training, I understand the psychology of today's buyer giving me an inside view to what will make someone make a buying decision. This includes preparing the listing correctly and bringing a strong marketing campaign to the public to get the traffic needed to find the right buyer.
For most people, the sale or purchase of a home will be one of, if not the, biggest financial decisions they will make.
