Nick was extremely helpful in finding me an apartment to rent in Houston. I was moving to the city from several states away and he was instrumental in helping me narrow the areas I was considering while also keeping my wish list and parameters in mind. When I came to him with an apartment I was interested in, he went above and beyond and visited the apartment on my behalf since my plans to visit were cancelled due to the virus. He was thorough in answering the exhaustive list of questions I sent him and even took a video of the property, so I could get a better feel for the space. He then read over the lease to make sure there weren't any red flags and served as a liaison between myself and the complex. He was very responsive throughout the entire process and I absolutely love my apartment and the surrounding neighborhood.
