Iurie was incredibly committed to helping me finding a suitable apartment for me- one that hits everything on my checklist. He has a lot of useful knowledge and resources that made this process much more smoother compared to if I had done this on my own. Due to a long commute and limited time, I was unable to physically tour apartments and complexes, so Iurie volunteered to make the visits for me. There is one particular instance on a Saturday where I had told Iurie about a place I liked that I wanted him to check out the following Monday, and he did so that same day! He worked tirelessly to not only help me find the perfect place to live, but also negotiated in ways to help me save even more money. He is a great communicator, always promptly emailing, texting, or calling with new information and replying back in the same fashion. Even after I signed a lease, he continued to check on me to make sure I had everything prepared for my move-in, making my transition as easy as possible. Iurie was specifically recommended to me by a friend, and now I cannot recommend him enough!
