I highly recommend eXp Realty Andrea Saavedra, realtor Sharon Murillo, and their wonderful team members Angie and Anahi. As a first-time home buyer, the process of applying for a mortgage felt overwhelming, thankfully my brother suggested me to contact Andrea Saavedra. After an initial conversation, I was able to schedule an appointment within the same week. My primary concern was staying in my same neighborhood. Sharon did an incredible job showing me several properties, in most occasions, we were able to see multiple properties on the same day. Once I was ready to submit an offer to a property in the zip code I requested, Andrea and her team were able to negotiate for a great price, with multiple upgrades (new wiring, remodeled kitchen and restroom, new AC and heating unit, etc.) and appliances included! My house was ready to move-in. The contact did not stop after the sale, I recently had some questions regarding my property insurance and I reached out to Sharon and Andrea for help. Even though their contract ended in Nov 2021, they are still present for me and my family. In the future, if I ever need to buy a second property, I will definitely reach out to Andrea and/or Sharon.

Como comprador de vivienda por primera vez, el proceso de solicitud de una hipoteca se sintió abrumador, afortunadamente mi hermano me sugirió que contactara a Andrea Saavedra. Después de una conversación inicial, pude programar una cita dentro de la misma semana. Mi principal preocupación era quedarme en mi mismo vecindario. Sharon hizo un trabajo increíble mostrándome varias propiedades, pudimos ver varias propiedades el mismo día. Una vez que estuve lista para enviar una oferta a una propiedad en el código postal que solicité, Andrea y su equipo pudieron negociar un excelente precio, con múltiples mejoras (cableado nuevo, cocina y baño remodelados, aire acondicionado y unidad de calefacción nuevos, etc.)! Mi casa estaba lista para mudarse. El contacto no se detuvo después de la venta, recientemente tuve algunas preguntas sobre mi seguro de propiedad y contacté a Sharon y Andrea para que me ayudaran. Aunque su contrato terminó en noviembre de 2021, todavía están presentes para mí y mi familia. En el futuro, si alguna vez necesito comprar una segunda propiedad, definitivamente contactaré a Andrea y/o Sharon.
