Heena was exceptional in her work. She was extremely patient and worked with us at every step of the way to find us the Home of our choice. While we had a tight budget and many requirements, she was unfazed and believed we would find what we wanted. Although it took some time, there was excellent service provided by Heena all the way. Though there was some delay on our part, Heena continued to find the best deals and negotiated with the buyers effectively. Her friendly nature and good service nature makes her a good personality to work with. Her primary interest is in getting people what they are looking for and I would highly recommend Heena to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

I and my friends are students in Houston and we were looking for a place to lease. Heena understood our budget and time constraints and also the needs of three students like separate rooms, transport options to school and safe neighborhood. She is very organized in her job and efficient in making calls to over 25-30 properties, arranging times to look at the place, negotiating budgets. She passed on all of the informations to us properly documented in excel sheets so that there was no communication gap and worked around our schedules to go look at the places. Finally she also took care of the fact that we are not given any apartment with bugs or high price.
