Elier Figueroa

Elier goes above and beyond, not only to get you in the right house, but he follows through, and keeps in touch well after the sale is completed.

We moved from out of state and felt pretty isolated and Elier was there for us helping out well after the sale was made. He helped us, especially my wife with some personal stuff when we had nobody else to turn to. Stuff he really didn't need to help us with, and frankly would not have made me think any less, had he not helped. But, like a good friend he did.

Elier also goes above and beyond to make sure you are up to date on everything pertaining to your home. An example is the fact that he made a video on how to apply for the Homestead Tax Exemption. Heck, I didn't even know this existed.

It's his kind of dedication that has him above the rest. he is truly a great representation of the reality industry.

I highly recommend Elier to any of family and friends, perhaps a stranger or two. I will definitely contact Elier fr our next home purchase and beyond.
