Right from the beginning Batool was very understanding and patient to our situation. We were in Dubai with a time difference of 10 hours and would ask Batool to go and see properties that we would shortlist on HAR.com. She would never hesitate one bit and would go and make videos for us and send it across to us in Dubai, so we can get a feel of the houses that we were shortlisting. She found us a very nice home at Tamarron Executive and she got it for us directly from the builder, saving us the bidding wars and getting the deal done. Not only that but she helped us with the walk throughs not once but several times as we were in Dubai and couldnt make it on a certain date. Batool is a very hard working, sincere, professional and above all an agent who would genuinely take interest in her clients interest. She is now our go to agent and I would recommend Batool to anyone who is looking for a property to buy. Thank you Batool ! :)

Omg I don’t know where to begin. She is the most dedicated person I have ever met. I was remodeling my property for rent but since I live in San Antonio it almost felt as if this project will never end. I could not even finish after two years. Finally, I reached out to Batool just in the middle of February. My last contractor lost my keys so I was not even able to even hand her the keys. She called people to get the new keys made, got her contractor to assess what my property needed with the consideration of my budget and timing. She went to my house to shut down the water before ice could cover my water lines. She went to check on my property when the cold snap happened and we realized that even after all the prevention our pipes did get busted. Our ceiling and walls along with the carpets got ruined. When I saw all the damage my heart sank and I was so worried and stressed being so far away. She arranged for a plumber, got all the damaged area demolished, and got it sprayed and dried to prevent from molding. I feel as if she was God-sent. She was there to daily supervise my house while her contractor was working. She was so involved as if it was her own house. I am so impressed by her work ethic. She would send me the video of work in progress and she got my house rented as soon as my house got done. I highly recommend her to anybody who is looking for Realtor. I truly feel that she is the best agent you could find. I have been renting my house for 20 years and almost everybody was good but her service surpassed every other agent I ever had by a great deal. I would give her 10 stars if I could. She is the best ever!!!!!!
