He not only was very diligent in identifying my specific need, but, was patient and tailored all of my searches to reflect that. He was able to share insights on the current local market, history of particular areas, flood risks, ideal areas to invest in for a greater return in addition to which location would best serve my professional and personal needs.
Tim's extensive knowledge of Houston's market allowed him to support a smooth closing, communicate consistently and concisely with several stakeholders which in turn allowed me to secure my property at an amazing price with minimal impact to me. His strong interpersonal and problem solving skills allowed him to coordinate several aspects of my deal to ensure my need was met. He was literally the biggest advocate that I've seen in this field. 10/10 highly recommend him to support any need!! I will definitely be contacting him when I begin my search for another property!!
