Selling and buying our home was one of the simplest process we went through thanks to the help of Odette. She was there from the beginning. When we decided to sell our first home we sent a message to her and she quickly responded. We were very lucky to have stumbled upon her, we were ready to meet even before we had a loan once we saw the new home we wanted. Most agents won't even approach someone without a loan... but Odette did! When we went to the builder we fell in love with the house, with the help of Odette we started the loan process with the builders preferred lender. On the same day she visited our old home and started the process of selling it. She advised what we should do with our home to prepare it for the pictures and MLS listing.
