Hi. I use eventbrite.com, facebook, and instagram to promote via internet. I shoot an email to all my past clients (just to stay top of mind with them for referrals). Should my schedule allow, I door knock the day before, leaving my open house flyer with owners. The day of I set up signs and balloons in the neighborhood leading to the property at which I am hosting the open house.
