Looking for ways to offer my Listing serves in my community and wondering if any one notices any difference in the use or non use of actual print info on site? Thank you in advance :)

Ironically enough, this seems like something only sellers want -- not consumers. Most buyers, in most neighborhoods, use the HAR app to locate information on the house they are interested in. And, most signs have a phone number to call, for the few that don't have the mobile app.

I would echo what was said above -- most flyers end up going to neighbors, or people that aren't serious buyers.

Hi Jay,

Have you played around in HAR? There's actually a link where you can get a free website for each of your listings. Click on your listing, then marketing and you'll see how to create a website for your client. It's very cool and your clients will love it!

I do not use printed materials outside of the home. Most were picked up by neighbors and sometimes pulled out and scattered around the neighborhood. A good online presence is the best marketing - consumers can easily find information using the HAR.com mobile app if they are sitting outside the home.

I hate to give away my methods of marketing but I do not do that. In my opinion that is a thing of the past. Every one of our listings has its own website with its own domain name that is printed on a rider and placed on our for sale signs. The website gives the potential buyer way more information than printed flyers can while looking professional and up to date on technology.
