Looking at Terranova area in Spring, any one familar with area

Very popular area and has good schools. They also have a good variety of lower priced homes for a first time home buyer or someone wanting to stay in the $150K-$250K range.

I agree with Dori that Terranova is an established neighborhood.
Most of Terranova was built in the 1980s. Homes range in square footage - most between 2,300-3,300 sf. Home sales range from $150,000s - $250,000s. There are currently 8 homes active on the market.
I grew up not too far from here in Lakewood Forest.
