There is no limit but not fun to deal with multiple buyers and multiple sellers

There is no limit, but it could get very difficult dealing with several people on one contract. At times however it's unavoidable when dealing with families going through probate.

I have had 14 sellers on one of my listings! It grows when anyone dies. It’s tough as they all don’t agree all of the time!

No limit but not fun. You’ll find this more often with estates and inheritance.

The answer to your question is no, there is not a limit to how many can go onto a contract. However, if they are financing, I doubt a lender would pull 60+ people for financing terms. Or, if it's going to be a time share or corporate housing, most just do in the company name instead of listing each shareholder.
