Hello, and welcome to Katy TX. Not all landlords deny lease applications based solely on a credit score. An open-minded landlord will consider the whole picture, and most importantly your current income and ability to pay the rent and afford the utilities and maintenance of the property. If you have good jobs and you are a typical polite family, you should be fine with finding a home to rent. I wish you much success!
