Can someone point me to a site where I can view or make a historical graph of single family home sales by month?
1,110I would settle for using data for all of Houston, but it would be even better to be able to select one or more zip codes to include in the historical graph. I would like to also make similar graphs for new listings. HAR must have an amazing database to be able to look at trends.

I am hoping that you have received an answer to your question by now. However, if you are in a signed representation agreement with a real estate agent, then that is information that they can find for you. I hope this helps. :)
