How can I file a complaint?

There is a listing on HAR that does not say 6 months. When I submitted an application they then proceeded to tell me its a 6 month lease option and IF he considers doing 12 months they will charge more per month? Is that legal? Obviously not ethical. They should at least be held accountable to put the lease term under the specifications don't you think?

I would contact HAR Quality Assurance. If it is required to be specified HAR will contact listing agent. 713-629-1900
You can also file a complaint with TREC with the information provided in the Sources.
