Can anyone explain why I am having to pay TWO MUD tax bills every year? I live in the Hampton Creek subdivision off of Gosling 77389. Any help/info would be MOST appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Ruby!

Are you talking about paying two MUD tax bills annually? In The Woodlands, for example, residents pay their water bill monthly through WJPA and it's the same entity that they will pay their tax bill through at the end of the year. I know the same is true for many of the communities nearby as well, Hays Utility being one of them. If you are unsure of what is going on, I'd definitely call the number on the bill for more information / explanation.
