Greetings! List down the goals that you want to achieve during your real estate career. This list will change as you gain more knowledge, customers and growth. Based on your list, I would start coming up with questions that you can ask those Brokerages to see if they meet your expectations. Keep looking and searching until you find the Brokerage you feel comfortable with.

As a new agent, heres some advice: interview the recruiters. While experienced brokers and agents may sound impressive, its crucial to ask them open-ended questions. Understand how their brokerage can benefit you in this industry. Remember, a successful partnership is a two-way street! Feel free to inquire about their track record, support systems, training programs, and company culture. Ask questions like:What sets your brokerage apart? How do you support new agents? What resources are available for professional growth?Whats the commission structure? How do you foster a collaborative environment?By actively engaging in this dialogue, youll make an informed decision and find the right fit for your real estate journey.

I agree with Adewale Lawal, it all depends on the area you will be working. I started my first 3 years in Keller Williams and as mentioned previously they are very focus on having their Realtors well trained, nevertheless the share you take off, is quite a bit. I'm sharing 2 Brokers that I have worked before with their agents, and they have been knowledgeable and easy to work with.

There are several brokerages. Some are local to Houston Texas only while some are national brokerage. It all comes down to your level of experience, goals, the problems you have in your business and which brokerage can help you or support you to some them. You can look into LPT Realty if you want to keep more than 100 of your money. Keller Williams if you need a lot of training or Nan Properties Group if you want packages but you will have to sacrifice up to 60 of your hard earned commission. Goodluck and reachout directly to me if you need more options.
