Greetings,The landscape of consumer demand and new construction has experienced a significant shift. Previously, homes with lower 8 ceilings were considered more energy-efficient. However, based on personal experience, Ive found that homes with higher ceilings tend to be cooler during the summer months. This is particularly beneficial if you reside in a city like Houston, where high ceilings can provide much-needed relief from the heat.Regrettably, there are no specific filters to select homes with high ceilings. However, as the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. Therefore, your optimal strategy would be to review pictures on the MLS before scheduling a home tour.In my observation, most new constructions these days feature 20 ceilings on the ground floor and 10 ceilings on the upper floor. An alternative approach could be to search for homes constructed after 2022. I estimate that approximately 85 of these homes will have high ceilings, at least in the living area.I hope this information is helpful and Im here to assist you further if needed.Best of luck on your search

As a realtor, I can provide my services. Regarding high ceilings, could you be more specific about what you consider a high ceiling? Some people consider 9 feet to be a high ceiling, while others believe it to be 11 feet. It all depends on your preference or what youre looking for in a home. Please give me a call at 346-715-0772 or send me an email if you have any questions. brian@luxelivinggroup.com

Hey Mohammed! Unfortunately not. High ceilings are one of those things that's sort of more opinionative. One buyer/seller may say 9ft ceilings are tall, whereas one might only begin to consider ceilings to be high at 11ft or more. I wish the MLS could be a little nit more specific in terms of the search but if you have any questions please reach out at 832-696-8100.

Mohammed! Great question! Unfortunately not. High ceilings is one of those things that's sort of more opinionative in nature. One person may say 9ft ceilings are high, where-as one might only begin to consider ceilings to be high at 11ft or more. However, employing a real estate agent to help find what you're looking for can be of great assistance! Feel free to reach out anytime! 346-412-6603 codysellsproperty@gmail.com
