Lead generation is important as a source of clients. Have any of you had real success (quality leads and closings) using KVCore, OpCity or RedX?

Marquita! Great question! Here's an answer that nobody wants to hear, but is the ONE and ONLY truth: The best lead generating system is the one or ones you actually commit to. The one you are CONSISTENT with every single day (at least M-F) and continually improve upon. If you're going to door knock, then do the same amount of doors per day and practice your scripting. Same with cold calls. If you're going to farm, remember this is the long game, and plan for results to begin to trickle in within the 6 month to 12 month mark. The issue is that agents don't time block, stay consistent, and continue to improve. They just say "oh well this sucks and it's not working" after 2 weeks of inconsistent efforts. Hope this helps you to choose a path to stay committed to! Promise that if you do, it will work and you will become a consistently successful agent. I am a new agent so I'm still trying to figure that question out myself. I am also trying to take the cheapest rout possible since I'm new and have a limited budget. However, since I have started I noticed that word of mouth and referrals are the best lead-generation tools. Just simply put yourself in scenarios where you're either consistently in front of people you know or strangers - and don't even try to mention real estate. Build rapport with literally everyone and eventually that invites the topic of "So, What do you do?" Secondly, I have noticed that boosting social media posts has worked. Even though the majority of the time it will attract non-serious clients, you will get a diamond in the rough. Lastly, I have tried farming specific neighborhoods sending mailouts to very expired listings, and offering something of value like CMA reports; unfortunately, this hasn't worked as well but I'm hoping after a few touches I will start to get some type of response.

There are a lot of terrible, money wasting, lead-gen sources out there...I know because I've tried some of them. The one that I've had the most success with is HomeLight. No up front cost with a 25 referral paid at closing. They also offer additional services for buyers and sellers once you are admitted into their Elite program. At the end of the day, it all just depends on how much you use whatever lead-gen you use...they who makes the most calls makes the most money! :D

The choice between these tools depends on a Realtor's specific needs:If you're looking for a comprehensive solution with optional paid lead generation and CRM, KVCore may be a good fit.OpCity (ReadyConnect Concierge) is suitable if you prefer a service that provides paid leads, but it does not include advanced CRM features.RedX is ideal if you need targeted lead generation and prospecting tools for FSBOs, expired listings, etc..Ultimately, the best choice depends on your business model and objectives. Realtors should evaluate each tool's features and pricing to determine which aligns best with their personality and their goals.
