Where are the video tour videos/links on listings?
470A realtor I know mentioned she had posted a video link on a listing that was a video from YouTube and that it should be on the listings page but I can’t find it? Where would I find those links if I’m looking at the listing?

Hey Amber, Great Question! When you're on the mobile app or Desktop and viewing a home listing, check out the bottom left corner of the pictures. You'll spot the photo count there, showing how many photos are available. Just to the right of that, you'll find a button labeled 'Listing Tour' if the agent has uploaded one. Amber! From the mobile app, when you pull up the listing of a home, in the bottom left hand corner of the pictures, you will see the photo count, indicating how many photos there are. Any time you upload a tour to the mls on one of your listings there is a 3D Tour link that Har adds to your first photo. Everyone has access to view it. It literally says 3D tour on the photo. If they click on it they go straight there.

If you're looking for property information, it's possible that it may be located in the gallery, description, or an area that's exclusively accessible to Realtors. If you're having trouble finding it, I'd be happy to assist you in your search. Alternatively, you can always reach out to the Realtor and ask them directly. There may be a few places to find those videos.; in the gallery, in the description, or they might be in a section that only Realtors can see. DM me the address and I would be more than happy to look for you.

Sometimes, those videos are in the photo gallery; sometimes, there is a link below the gallery or in the description. If you don't see it there, you could just ask the Realtor or DM me with the address and I would gladly take a look for it.
