Hello Thamer- There are many good neighborhoods in TW. Many of my clients feel Galatas and Powell are the best elementary schools and will limit their search to neighborhoods zoned to those schools. However, the neighborhoods are more established and the properties may need some updating. If you prefer newer homes and good schools, then I suggest Sterling Ridge. If your children are math and science driven, they may want to attend the science academy (9-12th grades) which is located within the College Park High School campus. Any student within CISD may attend if accepted (exam required). However, if you live in a neighborhood zoned to CPHS then your children may take the bus to school and may not need private transport. *Additional Suggestion* In addition to my previous answer, you may also want to ask friends that live in the area, and that may help!-------Thamer, there are a multitude of possible 'best' neighborhoods in The Woodlands, however this is a question with far too many variables to have one correct answer or even opinion. What makes a neighborhood the best in your mind? Safety, type of homes, size of home, size of lot, location, amenities, etc.? And at what price do you wish to find a home for in the 'best' neighborhood? You could range from the 200,000's to the multi-millions. I would suggest researching some, and then driving around some neighborhoods! Also, giving your REALTOR some of these variables, and then having him/her make suggestions based off of that would be a great idea! Best of luck to you and your family
