I am looking for a Real Estate Agent that works with Broken Leases or Evictions in Dallas area
I need realtors that would be ok with a person who has a low score of 508 and up and may owe 1 or 2 properties

I would recommend finding a realtor that believes in second chances, patient and willing to help you. Depending on the age of the broken lease or eviction some landlords will be willing to accept you.

Every owner has different requirements and some specifically will be open to accepting applications with issues like low credit and broken leases. I would work on finding a realtor you trust in Dallas and having them help you find a property.
