Your friendly local REALTOR can do this for you. We use a product called CLOUD CMA, which utilizes Houston MLS data to produce the Comparative Market Analysis. Hi Steven,
Only a Realtor will be able to see what the houses sold for in the area you need your CMA. Most if not all Realtors will provide you a CMA for free.
