I love questions like this great question! It depends, lot of factors like price range, if its new construction that has been on MLS before be being built, if its priced right, location,yard, builder,layout, etc.
I pulled the last 30 days
Active DOM 102 (New Construction strewed this number)
OP - 51 ( A couple new constructions)
PS - 41
P - 30
S- 30 (If it's good and priced right it will sell in a Month or less)
