When will appraisal values be updated on HAR?
2,368Does anyone know when HAR will be updating the appraisal values shown on listings? We're still seeing 2013 numbers, and I just got my 2015 value in the mail. I know they can't use 2015, but why aren't we seeing 2014? Considering how much of an increase happened in 2014 for most homeowners (20% in both neighborhoods where I own homes), using 2013 numbers to estimate property taxes is very misleading.

You can also go directly to the Appraisal District Website for up to date information.
