May take a week or two depending on how busy they are (really no time frame accept being completed in time for the loan officer to processes the loan in-order to meet the closing date) also FHA loans must be performed by appraisers on the FHA roster which have more stringent requirements than typically appraisal for a conventional and could factor into completion time frame.No news about an appraisal is typically good news.

Usually the lender gives them a few business days to do the appraisal and then a few days to submit the report. You should hopefully know something by the end of next week.
