Corporate Relocation Reviews: Pius is an awesome host. Though he wasn't present, he was always readily available through email, and responded promptly. His key handoff system is reliable, efficient, and convenient. The photos and description of his place do not do it justice. It is so spacious, clean, an comfortable. The gym and pool are steps away, and you get two free parking spaces. The building is very secure, and requires passwords and fobs for entry. It is also in an ideal location-- mere miles from Midtown, Montrose and the museum district, and Rice University. We had an excellent stay and would return. Sophia P.

Corporate Relocation Reviews: The apartment was exactly as described. We were in Houston for business and the location was perfect. One half block from the Metro Train meant we did not have to hassle with traffic, even though we had a car. The apartment was clean, equipped appropriately with all amenities. The pool and work out facilities were very nice and kept up. It was easy to deal with Pius and he accommodated my request twice for extended stay. A few mouse clicks is all it took. Thank you! M. Corporate Relocation Reviews: The location is absolutely perfect, close the the light rail, medical center and museum districts. If you have an event at NRG, you can walk and skip traffic and parking. His place is clean and cozy, quite comfortable. Huge tv, WiFi, cable, and a blue ray too. The pool is a nice bonus. Corporate Relocation Reviews: The apartment was nothing less than perfect for what I required! Modern amenities throughout, really comfy bed and lovely natural light through the daytime. The apartment Pius picked for me was located on the 4th floor with the loveliest view on to the pool area. "The Valencia" is situated in easy walking distance to the street train with great access to either the NRG Center in one or to Midtown/ Downtown with shops, restaurants and convenience stores in the other direction. If the landlord asks you to represent them with the extension, you should be reimbursed for your work.First, you must see if the landlord has the previous representation agreement from the previous Broker. If the form 1102, paragraph 5D, is blank, then you do not need to notify the Broker regarding the renewal. If filled, then you will need to pay the other Broker what is stipulated in this paragraph. Have a representation agreement (1102) signed by the landlord and yourself. Since the tenant is renewing, you can assume they will renew again next year, so complete paragraph 5D to ensure you are paid again next year.Once this is in place, you need to contact the tenant to inform them that you represent the landlord and will send them a lease renewal.Complete form 2005 and have both the landlord and tenant sign.Once both parties have signed you should be reimbursed one months rent based on the term of the lease agreement.You can negotiate with the landlord to keep the rent the same with no increase if the tenant signs a 2 year extension. Then you will be subject to receive two months rent commission.Hope this helps
Good morning to you. Your move should go smoothly since you do have excellent credit. If your wifes the same there should be no problems renting until you find a home. If your wife is an occupant and has a felony you may be required to pay an additional deposit. Only if the felony is related to a hazard to other tenants you should not have any issues. Then again additional deposits always help. Purchasing a home sounds like you just need the pre approval to start the process. But as you mentioned lease till you find something you both like is the right way to start your journey in Texas. Starting your business is also pretty easy in Texas. I have attorneys who can get the process started with the state. Hope this helps.
