Hello Ana, in my experience I’ve found that some folks have credit issues, some don’t have down payment and/or closing cost money saved and some are not able to find homes within their budget at a given time. This doesn’t mean they will never be able to. With a little work and effort and patience it is possible if someone is really driven to want to own their own home.
