We later added Om Property management(OmPM) when clients were asking us for trusted and cost effective property management service. OmPM, a Flat Fee property management company currently has 80+ SFH doors under portfolio mapped in and around Houston area and started growing in Austin. We are adding properties organically by word of mouth.
With our property management expertise, we offer rental make ready services for investors and remodeling/renovation services to Homeowners under Om Property Solutions(OmPS). We also buy UGLY Homes for cash and wholesale the property to our investors or flip them after renovation.
