Hi Vivian,Your question is posted under property management section, I am not sure if that is a mistake or no.Zillow doesn't share my rental listings from mls, because they want us, property management companies, to pay extra for our listings be on there, and I do not remember having even one good lead from Zillow ever and I am in business since 2014.Anyways, to answer your question, as far as I know, in the listing agreement you can exclude Zillow and it's related websites and then contact HAR, they should be able to help.Good luck with your listing
There are several ways, I recommend having your criteria first, what is your budget, which areas, what level of repairs are you planning to do, what is the goal, flip or buy and hold and etc. Then you can find a realtor who understands investment, there are online websites, networking, connecting with wholesalers (But be very careful, you will still need a Realtor to help you with comps and due diligence) and more. In bigger scales you can target sellers directly which needs investment in tools and services. I wish you good luck
