What is your question?
A manufactured home is personal property. There are no addendums for manufactured homes. Is the mobile-home on a lot the buyer is purchasing?, Is it in a mobile home park?
The seller should provide a Statement of Ownership and Location (SOL) from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, Manufactured Home Division. This document will give current information, including owner, location, real property election. You can look the information up also, as long as you have the mobile home Certificate number. If the home is in a park where the seller pays lot rent, it is personal property and conveys with a bill of sale. do the research for the SOL to make sure that seller is the owner and can sell that personal property.
1.4 Change of Price/Status of Listing: Any change in listed price or other change in a listing contract shall be made only when authorized in writing by the seller or lessor and shall be -loaded to the MLS within three (3) days after notice is received by the listing Participant; provided, however, the listed price may only be changed while the listing is in Active status. Each change in price must be authorized in writing by the seller and specify the date of the change and the new list price. Once an offer has been accepted the listed price should not be changed unless the contract has been terminated and the listing status is changed back to Active.\n
