I am Johnna Maertz, Partner and Broker at Blue Dolphin Realty, LLC. I have been in the workforce since the age of 16. I worked the oil and gas industry in the late 80's and early 90's preparing auto-cad drawings and designing oil and gas skids for manufacturing. When this industry headed on a downhill slope, I partnered in a medical supply business in 1992. Thus was the beginning of my self-employment ventures. I then moved into real estate as a sales associate in the early 2000s and became a Real Estate Broker soon after. The real estate market and laws are CONTINUOUSLY changing and I keep up with these changes by completing many hours of continuing education courses.
