I am a real estate broker who has been licensed and practicing in real estate since 1998. My experience includes sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties, RE Instructor since 2003, brokerage consultant & trainer for other brokerages, investor relations and property tax protests - hearings and arbitrations since 2006 (residential-commercial-income-BPP-land tax accounts). As an Instructor, I have taught licensing and CE classes such as real estate law, contracts, agency, finance, re math, ethics, principles of re, negotiation, blueprint for success, appraisal and more. I have been honored with property inspection and achievement awards. I am a designated "SWEATHOG" - Graduate of Floyd Wickman's Lead Generation course and a previous President Elect of the Women's Council of Realtors - Central Houston Division.
