Inelda Brown is the Broker/Owner of International Realty Brokers, she has been serving the real estate needs of first-time homebuyers and Spanish speaking buyers in the Austin and Central Texas area since January 2000. Inelda has an Associate of Applied Science in Real Estate - Real Estate Broker Licensing, Degree from Austin Community College and an Administrative Management and Real Estate Broker Licensing Certificates from Austin Community College. She has an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), a GREEN (NAR's Green Designation), and GRI (Graduate of REALTOR® Institute) designations, she also has an AHWD (At Home With Diversity), a RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist) a SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) and TAHS (Texas Affordable Housing Specialist) certifications and a C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement.
