My name is Catherine deBlieux and I am a native Houstonian. I value my client's goals when helping them to find the right property. Whether it be your home, an investment, or vacation home, I am committed to representing you and advocating on your behalf. I am a newer agent but I have worked with residential properties, investment properties and STRs, transitional mobile home parks (including property management), and the sale of several easements. With years of customer service experience, I listen to you, my client, and guide you in the path to achieve your goals... even with a bit of silliness! I like learning and having fun! As your agent I will work diligently for you on either the buy or sell side. For either side of the transaction, I have specific requirements to best represent you.

Buyers must answer my questionnaire. You must pick your property type whether it be townhome, condo, single family, or multifamily. You must define an area of interest. Prior to meeting be prepared to discuss your search in detail. All buyers must be preapproved prior to opening doors and I must speak to your lender. Additionally, I require a Buyer Rep Agreement. The Buyer Representation Agreement is a standard form to ensure I am paid for all the hard work I am going to do on your behalf.

Lease applicants must answer my questionnaire. While real estate pays commissions, agents do not make commissions if we do not secure a property for our clients. Before leasing you must have a general area of where you want to live, have a 620 credit score or higher, inform me of any prior convictions or evictions (expect you may be required to pay several months up front), 3 pay stubs or recent Tax documents, and a valid ID. If you have pets, they must be preapproved. Expect that you will pay a non refundable deposit for pets. Expect that you will have to place down 1st months rent and equal deposit.
