What do you want from selling?


What do you want? To get as much interest to your house as you can. Because it will turn to showings, and there you could get closer to the offer of your dream.
So, the Seller's primary goal in the first stage is to do the best to make the house virtually irresistibly attractive. And this is the task for the Realtor.
What does this task consist of?
Good professional photos. Please, no personal belongings, no mess, no garbage, no open toilets. Just NO. A lot of lights and calm grey or beige colors.
Nice and trusty description. Puffed out advantages and alleviation but no concealment of disadvantages.
Avoid hackneyed phrases.
Attach Seller's Disclosure and other necessary documents for clear history.
Easy showing instructions.
All of the above would help to get a reasonable offer faster.
Check your Listing as it were you who want to buy this house.
