Woodland Heights is a premier area of the Heights. This deed restricted neighborhood is zoned to exemplary Travis Elementary, which is a big draw for families. It is also popular for its home tour and Lights in the Heights. A big portion of Woodland Heights is now a historic district.

I live in this neighborhood and love it! I just wrote a post on my website showing Woodland Heights Home Prices.

The house below is a home on Merrill St that was demolished last week.. In the morning it was a typical 2/1 bungalow; by noon only the front wall remained. This is diagonally behind my house. so I can expect a couple months of hammering and sawing. Woodland Heights bungalow being demolished. Woodland Heights bungalow being demolished .
