Staging Your Home to Sell

Visit My Blog Sally Kmiecik

From the front door to the backyard, each space in your house can benefit from simple makeovers. They can mean the difference between stale and sold.

Depersonalize your home, you want the buyer to see themselves there and not your family living there.

Make each room look big and bright.  If there is a repair that needs to be made, make it.  If there is a broken window - fix it.  Bring that honey-do list that you have always wanted done and get it done.  You will be so surprised on how great your home will look, you may want to stay and not go.

In today's market - Buyers want to walk in and set there stuff down.  They don't want to have a huge list of things they need to do, before they can start enjoying their home.
