Houston Housing Numbers in a Minute

Hello again and welcome! Just in case you were wondering, the average price for single family home edged up just 0.4 percent to $403,556 while the median price fell a bit to $327,000.

I know this is still a bit high when compare to per-covid prices. Still, these figures are below the record high of $438,350 average price for a single family home back in May 2022 and $354,000 median price June 2022.

Days on Market (DOM) for single-family homes went from 43 to 47 days, while months of inventory rose to 3.6-months, up from 2.8 months a year earlier.

As always, thank you so much for stopping by, and remember, if you are thinking of purchasing your new home, or selling an existing one, please give us a call. We are here to help. We have been helping home buyers and sellers 12 years and counting. Until next time...Diana
