Good Morning! For yourself and all new agents, previously you had to use the HAR Form 400 to disclose MUD districts. Now that form has been discontinued and no longer valid. Now you must research the MUD district that the subject property resides in and either request the MUD disclosure to provide to your Buyer/Seller. Or your client may need to reach out to the district and purchase the disclosure much like articles from an HOA. I hope this helps!
