Is there a way to deactivate HAR membership and keep my state license active?


HAR membership isn't a requirement to maintain your license. It will be pretty hard to work without it and your broker may require it, but it has nothing to do with your license status.Posted 7 years ago

I have a buyer who has no representation and is not a Realtor, to change to pending I see I can put non MLS Realtor, but they are not a Realtor. How do I get it changed to pending?
