What’s a Ballpark number for utilities in a 4 bedroom house with 3 total people living there. Utilities would include water, gas, electric, internet and cable.

I would say every +55 community is different. Some, say like Del Webb in Sugar Land and The Woodlands, might appreciate more because they offer more amenities... Or they might not rise in value if their fees are so high it drives future buyers away more...Posted 6 years ago
