HOAs are not all up the same way. If the community is professionally managed, usually the homeowner will have to order the official documents and resale certificate for a fee. It just depends on the community.

Most of the suburbs have Park and Ride to Houston but not public transportation within the area. You may want to look at areas inside the Beltway. A Realtor could help you narrow down an area that will best fit your needs. Good luck!
