Do you charge buyers to extend the closing date due to lender delays?


I would not charge a buyer for a closing delay unless it's a corporate listing and it's required in the corporate addendda. I think if it's a lender delay, the buyer is usually trying to close. Adding additional fees seem to add to the buyer's frustration more...Posted 11 years ago
