Open House Rules for Other Agents


If you are looking for your clients that would be fine. If you are going to try and snag a potential buyer for yourself that would be unethical. Open houses are allot of work for a listing agent and those rewards should be the host’s. ????Posted 2 years ago

You can check Yelp which is a helpful app you can install on your phone. There you can find your attorney on the side of town you want. Yelp is also good for any contractor you may need like plumbers, septic etc. Good luck!Posted 2 years ago

I can imagine that does not look nice and may effect the values. One avenue might be the HOA, if there is one. Once the HOA is taken over by the residents a vote can be done to change those locations. Sounds like a safety issue too. Good luckPosted 2 years ago

Is my client bound to perform if they agreed to sell a property to buyer at a specified price through text message?


I just went through this myself. All offers have to be given to the seller. If there is no signed contract, the seller should be able to accept another offer. Good intentions don’t make a valid contract- it has to be in writing with all items checked more...Posted 3 years ago
